Turn AI Into Your Business Partner — Everything From the Masterclass

July 14, 2026

This is the page from my IWC masterclass. Everything I showed you is right here: the setup prompt that builds your vault, the Category Playbook, and the exact prompts to copy. Free, no catch. Go make your store smarter.

🎁 Your two downloads

1. The Setup Prompt — it's the big copy button below. No download needed.

2. The Category Playbook — buyer psychology for 125 IWC categories:

Both include the official IWC banned-words list — every restricted word plus the platform-approved swaps, so Claude can keep your listings clean automatically.

Please keep these for your own use — don't redistribute. 🖤

🧠 Part 1 — Build your Business Brain (about 5 minutes)

What you'll need (one-time): a paid Claude plan (Claude Pro, about $20/month — that's the only software cost in this whole system), and the Claude desktop app on your computer. Not the claude.ai website in a browser tab — the website can't see your folders; the desktop app can. Download it once from claude.ai. Obsidian (the free notes app) is optional but nice for reading your vault.

The 3 steps:

1. Make a folder on your computer. Call it whatever you want — "My Business Brain" is fine.
2. Open that folder in Claude: open the Claude desktop app and click the </> Code tab — this part of the app is called Claude Code, and it's what lets Claude see your folders. Then File → Open Folder and pick the folder you just made.
3. Copy the entire prompt below and paste it to Claude. Then just answer its questions.

Heads up — Claude will ask permission a lot at first. Little "Allow?" prompts when it wants to create or edit a file. That's a good thing: it's asking before it touches anything on your computer. Say yes and keep going — it settles down fast.

The Setup Prompt

You are helping me set up a private "business brain" — a folder of notes about my adult content business on IWC (iWantClips) that you will build and then keep updated, so you always remember who I am and I never have to re-explain my business again. I am great at my business but new to all of this, so explain what you're doing in plain language as you go, and don't assume I know any technical terms. Please do ALL of this now, in this folder: 1. Create this folder structure (these are just folders of plain notes): - raw/ → files I'll drop in for you to read. Never change these. - raw/transactions/ → my IWC sales exports go here - business/ → notes about my business that YOU write and keep updated - prompts/ → a note of handy questions I can copy and paste later 2. Create a file called CLAUDE.md in the main folder. It should explain, for any future chat, how to use this vault: that raw/ is read-only source material, that business/ is the knowledge you maintain, that my IWC export has these columns — Item Name, Type of Content, Customer, Price, Earnings, Time of Purchase — that the Earnings column is my actual cut, that you should always answer using my real numbers and write in my real voice, and that you must never share fan usernames publicly. Also note: whenever I add a new transaction export, offer to compare it with the previous one and tell me what changed since last time. 3. Interview me so my business notes aren't blank. Ask me these questions ONE AT A TIME, wait for each answer, and write what I say into clearly named notes inside business/ (Brand & Voice, My Categories, Pricing, Platform Notes, Goals): - How would you describe your brand, and the way you talk to your fans? Paste me a line or two you've actually written so I can copy your voice. - What categories or niches do you make? Which ones are your bread and butter? - What are your main price points, and what is each one for? - Do you use markup codes on IWC? List them so I can add them to every listing I write. - Have any words ever gotten a listing flagged or rejected? I'll keep a banned-words list and automatically avoid them when I write for you. - What are you trying to grow or figure out right now? 4. When the notes are filled in, prove the memory works: answer "who am I and what do I sell?" in two sentences, using ONLY what's in the notes you just wrote. 5. Then tell me my next two steps: - Drop my IWC transaction export (the CSV from the Transactions tab) into raw/transactions/ - Drop the Category Playbook file into raw/ so you can use it too. Start now. Build the folders first, then start the interview.

Then: your quick win (do this tonight)

1. Log into IWC → Transactions tab → pick your dates → hit Download.
2. Drag that CSV into your vault's raw/transactions/ folder.
3. Tell Claude: "Read my new export, then tell me my top earners and how much I made."

Same number IWC shows you — but now you can ask it anything.

📚 Part 2 — Add the Category Playbook

It's the same move as your export — drop the file in, then tell Claude it's there.

1. Unzip the Vault Edition download and drag it into your vault's raw/ folder.
2. Paste this to Claude:

I just added The Category Playbook to my raw folder — buyer research for 125 IWC categories. Take a look and confirm you can see it. Then, knowing my brand: suggest 3 categories I DON'T currently make that could be a natural fit for me, and one video idea for each.

Now Claude is a brainstorming partner with a 125-category encyclopedia in its head. Not to confirm what you already make — to discover what you could.

💬 Part 3 — Prompts to steal

See what's working:

Look at my latest export. Top earners, best price points, repeat buyers, and anything surprising.

Go exploring (the brainstorm engine):

Browse the Category Playbook and pitch me 5 categories I've never made. For each: a one-line "what it really is," why it could fit my brand, and one video idea in my voice.

Get titles:

Give me 10 title options for a clip about [your idea], in my voice. Flag the most clickable.

Write a listing:

Write the listing for [your clip] in my voice. Strip anything that could get flagged and add my markup codes.

Plan your week:

Plan my next two weeks of clips based on what's actually selling and the categories I make. Keep it realistic — I'm one person.

Before you close Claude (do this every time):

Before we wrap up: save anything important from today to my notes — decisions I made, things we figured out, and anything I still need to do. Then read it back in two lines.

And the habit that makes it all compound: the Sunday numbers check. Drop in your latest export once a week and ask what changed. Five minutes. The 10th file you add is worth more than the 1st — because there's more to connect to.

You're the CEO of this — not just the talent. And not one bit of it is over your head.
